Terms of service

Please read these terms before using our ERP platform and services.

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of erp.infurotech.com and related ERP services operated by Infuro Tech Solutions LLP. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential
  • Ensure users under your account comply with these Terms and applicable law
  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized access

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store infringing content
  • Attempt to breach security, probe systems, or overload infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law
  • Resell or sublicense without written agreement

4. Subscription and payment

Fees, billing cycles, and module entitlements are defined in your order form or statement of work. Late payments may result in suspension after notice. Taxes (including GST) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

Infuro retains all rights in the platform, agents, connectors, and documentation. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant Infuro a limited license to process data solely to provide the Service.

6. Availability and support

We target high availability for cloud deployments and provide support per your plan. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when practicable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infuro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate per the subscription agreement. Upon termination, you may export your data within the agreed window. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
