By accessing or using this Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Account Responsibilities

• →You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• →Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Service Usage

• →You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the ERP platform.
• →You must not misuse, hack, reverse-engineer, or resell access.
• →You may use it only for lawful business purposes.

4. Fees and Payments

• →Paid modules and features are billed as per your subscription.
• →All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
• →Applicable taxes (GST) are borne by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, UI, code, design, and documentation belongs to InfuroTech.

No right, title, or interest is transferred to you except for limited usage rights.

6. User Data

• →You retain ownership of all data you input.
• →You grant InfuroTech a license to process and host it for providing the service.
• →We follow strict confidentiality and data protection measures.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• →Upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
• →Interfere with servers or security
• →Circumvent billing or access controls
• →Use the ERP for unauthorized data collection or spamming

8. Disclaimer

The ERP is provided "as is." We make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for data loss due to user error, network failure, or third-party integration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

• →You may stop using the ERP at any time.
• →We may suspend or terminate access for violations or misuse.
• →On termination, your access will cease, and data may be deleted after the retention period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts at Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted here with an effective date.
